CHRISTINA
LIU
Project Manager

Hi there! My name is Christina Liu and I am a third-year student studying Architectural Engineering at UT Austin. I chose to join the Projects with Underserved Communities program because I am passionate about serving others, and I love the idea of using my education to do so. I have some experience with construction and project management, but I am also looking into exploring the development and design aspects of my major. Outside of engineering, I enjoy spending my time outdoors--especially playing soccer and hiking. I am a member of a service organization called the Tzu Chi Collegiate Association (TCCA), where I have spent my time tutoring elementary school students, visiting nursing home residents, cleaning up Shoal Creek, and more! In addition, I am part of UT Austin’s Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI), where I get the opportunity to connect with other architectural engineers and industry professionals. I chose to join Team Mexico because I was excited by the idea of designing and constructing new facilities for the Suchilquitongo community. I’m really grateful for this opportunity, and I’m excited to experience the PUC process!
