Hi, everyone! My name is Rachel Scott. I’m a 4th year Petroleum Engineering major with an Arabic minor, and live by the belief that "Breakthroughs don't begin with "'Eureka!" They begin with "that's funny" so always ask "why" three times." On campus, I’m President of Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and have been previously involved in Vector, a student-produced engineering magazine. I love graphic design, learning languages, and taking candid photos of my friends and family in my spare time...I’m also a huge fan of national parks, TED Talks, and blank whiteboards. I joined PUC because I firmly believe in the power of creativity colliding with the needs of society to design a better world, and I hope to apply the international project management skills and experiences I learn here in my future career!
